How the book came to be written...
When my daughter was learning the harp as a child, we were musing on how we thought music scores - particuarly for children or people starting out on their harp learning journey - would be enhanced by illustrations. In 2016 I started creating a book of original harp compositions, for students of the Celtic harp (34 string lever harp - beginner level) and this was published on Amazon in 2021. The book is unique in that each piece of music is accompanied by beautiful illustrations or photographs - some of which are in the gallery above - as well as brief descriptions of the places or moments which inspired the music. The perfect gift for someone who is starting out on their harp learning journey.
